Paid UMD Relationship Research Study

Researchers in the Department of Psychology at the University of Maryland, College Park are currently recruiting for a paid study on close relationships. Participation involves attending a lab session on the UMD campus with your dating partner or husband/wife for 1 hour and completing additional online questionnaires at home over the following six months.

Couples who complete all components of the study will receive $140 for their participation ($70 per person). $80 of this payment will be disbursed two weeks after your first session and the remaining $60 will be disbursed after completing questionnaires over the next six months.

Eligibility requirements: You must be in a committed dating relationship, or married. You must have been in your romantic relationship for at least one year. You and your romantic partner must be over 22 years of age and fluent in English. You and your partner must attend the same lab session.
