Honey’s Harvest Farm is focused on growing food and medicine using the principles of
permaculture and regenerative agriculture. This type of agriculture allows plants to thrive and
provides the most nutrient dense fruits, nuts, vegetables, berries and
herbs.
The farm is currently hiring for a full-time, hands-on permaculture farming position. Job requirements include:
- daily garden and crop maintenance
- building living soil year-round
- greenhouse starts
- harvesting
- prepping for markets
- assisting with markets
- mowing
- tractor and machine operation and maintenance
- projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Soil Food Web school and courses with Dr. Elaine Ingham is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of organic, permaculture, and/or biodynamic farming
- Permaculture Design Certified is a plus
