Monday, June 24th from 6:30-8:30 pm at The Potter's House RSVP via EventBrite

On Monday, June 24th, we will be gathering the best social and environmental impact leaders of Washington DC in one room for an evening of speed-dating style networking.

We are excited to announce our first celebrity guest, Annie Kneedler, a leader in corporate sector impact! Annie is a Senior Director within Cargill’s Corporate Responsibility and Sustainable Development team. Read Annie’s bio below and begin thinking of any questions you might want to ask her!

Annie’s career has spanned both the public and private sectors. She has been with Cargill for nearly ten years working in the Corporate Strategy & Development team and in commercial roles in the McDonald’s customer team and Cargill Animal Nutrition’s global risk management and sourcing team. Most recently, she served as the Business Operations and Supply Chain Director for the U.S. Cargill Feed and Nutrition business leading a team of 1,400 people across 60 locations. Prior to joining Cargill, Annie worked in the agriculture supply chain in Africa, first as a Peace Corps volunteer in Guinea, then on USAID-funded projects to increase agricultural exports, and finally working in Ghana to build the policy framework and supply chain to grow horticulture exports.

Annie holds a B.A. in Anthropology and Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Michigan.  Annie and her husband, Sam, live in Takoma Park, MD with their 2 sons, Charlie and Nicholas.

We are keeping this event small so that you'll have plenty of time to ask your career path questions and speak with the celebrities about their personal career journeys. That also means that tickets are limited, so get yours now on EventBrite! Please be sure to follow us on Facebook and LinkedIn for the latest updates, and continue to stay tuned for additional celebrity reveals!
