In 2013, the University of Maryland joined Universitas 21 (U21), a global network of 27 research intensive universities from around the world, bringing together over one million students and 200,000 faculty and staff. Join them for a brief introduction to U21, learn about UMD’s past and current engagement with the network, and explore the opportunities to participate in exciting global collaborations in support of UMD’s internationalization efforts, student success, researcher engagement, and educational innovation.
