On October 29, we will celebrate and build partnerships around AGNR's strategic initiative, Ensure a Clean and Healthy Chesapeake Bay. This is also the occasion to showcase the myriad of research, extension and teaching being undertaken in the College towards the goal of keeping the Chesapeake Bay clean and healthy. You are invited to submit and display Posters of your work in this event.
Please submit your Abstract/Poster online in this link, no later than Friday, October 11, 2019. Certificates and cash awards will be given to the winners under each of the strategic initiative categories.
Important things to remember:
1 - Poster size should be 4ft x 4ft [48in x 48in] or smaller
2 - One submission only per Lead Author [faculty or student]
3 - Bring poster and sign-in between 7:00-8:30AM on day of event inside the Grand Ballroom of Stamp Union.
4 - Students need to be present during the Poster Session at 12:20-1:45PM to explain their project and answer questions of the Judges.
5 - Awards will be given at the closing session at 4:00PM. Please be there!
5 - Remove poster only after the Event at 4:30PM. Please let someone know at the Poster-sign-in desk if you want us to keep your poster for you to collect later.
