Stress is a part of life, but it doesn't have to be
overwhelming. Join us for an interactive workshop on strategies for reducing
and managing your stress, especially in times when you need to perform under
pressure. Oh, and there's a raffle for a prize, because winning something is a
great stress reliever.
The times for the workshops are as follows:
- Monday, Dec. 2nd: 11:00-11:50am & 12:00-12:50pm & 1:00-1:50pm
- Tuesday, Dec. 3rd: 3:30-4:30pm
The workshops will be held in 0201 Edward St. John Building.
