Two Boots Farm Assistant Farm Manager Position Available

Two Boots Farm is looking for an Assistant Farm Manager to join them full time for the 2020 season. The Assistant Farm Manager will work alongside the Production Manager and owner and engage in all aspects of day-to-day work in running the farm. Their season runs early April – mid November. The ideal candidate will be able to start working with them part time for the rest of the 2019 season (until mid-Dec.) to begin training for a full time position in 2020. 

Two Boots Farm is a small, intensive farm raising Certified Organic flowers and produce in Carroll County, Maryland. They are woman-owned and operated. Their goods are sold at Baltimore City farmers’ markets, as well as to florists, restaurants, and area grocery stores. They use intensive farming techniques on 1.5 acres implementing no till practices. They also grow shiitake mushrooms and have a pawpaw orchard.
