Are you starting to think about career options post-graduation? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live and work abroad? Then, consider joining the Peace Corps!
The Peace Corps is a two-year service opportunity for motivated changemakers to immerse themselves in a community abroad, working side by side with local leaders to tackle the most pressing challenges of our generation. Agriculture Volunteers work with small-scale farmers to prevent soil erosion, reduce the use of harmful pesticides, and replenish the soil. They also work on integrated projects that often combine vegetable gardening, livestock management, agroforestry and nutrition education. Environment Volunteers lead grassroots efforts to teach environmental awareness in schools and local organizations and address environmental degradation by promoting sustainable use of natural resources.
