Bioenergy DevCo (BDC) is a world leader in the finance, design, construction, engineering, and operation of anaerobic digestion facilities to recycle organic waste into two products very important to our future - renewable energy and organic soil conditioners. We develop facilities that offer true sustainable alternatives in energy, agriculture, and waste management.
The Intern would assist in data entry for mapping and assessment of potential sites. Additional research tasks would include policy research related to sustainable waste management and clean energy production. This internship is offered as part of Maryland Technology Internship Programs.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel.
- GIS/Google Earth.
- Strong Writing Skills.
In order to be considered, you must meet one of the following requirements:
Current college student, with a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above, who is attending a Maryland higher education institution.
- Current college student, with a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above, who is Maryland high school graduate attending a higher education institution outside of Maryland.
- Graduate (within 12 months) of a Maryland higher education institution.
- Maryland resident, with a 2 or 4-year degree, who has been honorably discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces, The National Guard or a Reserve component of the Armed Forces within the last 18 months
