Agriculture Future of America (AFA) is an organization committed to providing leadership and career development training for students pursuing a career in an agriculture-related field.
AFA Leaders Conference
Each year AFA hosts a Leaders Conference that brings together over 800 students and 250 industry leaders and professionals for a 4-day conference. This year's conference will be held virtually, November 11-14, 2020. During the conference, students will learn about careers within agriculture and develop as leaders. Application Criteria:
Recommended 3.0 GPA or higher
Undergraduate student status ; age 17-25
Attending a four-year institution within the U.S. or articulate plans to obtain four-year degree
Possess a passion for food and agriculture and plan to pursue a career in the food and agriculture industry
Applications are now open on the AFA website and due by 11:59 pm on September 24, 2020.

Students may have the costs of attendance covered by sponsorship from AFA partners or the College of AGNR.
