Global Classrooms Connections
- Gain an international and comparative perspective on topics that complement your academic interests.
- Connect with UMD faculty and students who share your personal and professional interests.
- Stay on track with your four-year plan and apply these credits to your major, minor, or general education requirements.
Global Classrooms Connections allow you to gain international experience, virtually, from wherever you are. These short-term programs are intentionally designed to facilitate meaningful connection and collaboration with global experts and partners, going beyond the typical online class experience as they help you to grow cross-cultural competencies. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to gain the skills needed to thrive in our increasingly diverse and interconnected world.
Global Classrooms courses also qualify eligible Pell Grant recipients to apply for the Gilman International Scholarship. The application deadline is October 6, 2020, 11:59 pm PT.
Registration for Winter Global Classrooms Connections will open in October!
