Philadelphia Cricket Club provides the ultimate work experience in a fast-paced environment with a large membership network of 1,600 members that prides itself on moving the turf staff on to their own superintendent jobs. PCC recently had the pleasure of helping our Militia Hill Superintendent get a job. It is a club that provides an accelerated and diverse learning experience as well as an expansive network and networking opportunities to aid in career advancement.
The assistant will work directly with the Superintendent and Grounds Maintenance Manager in daily planning, scheduling, and supervising of all golf course maintenance activities. The assistant superintendent will have the chance to take part in project management, monthly budgeting, chemical and fertilizer record keeping, scheduling, and applications as well as labor tracking.
