Willowsford Conservacy is currently in organic vegetable production (and laying hens) on 18 acres in Ashburn but manages three properties, approximately 300 acres, throughout the community under the 2,200 acre Willowsford Conservancy. Last year, they supported more than 400 vegetable shares and raised about that many laying hens, plus a smaller number of winter shares which they plan to continue.
