The United States - Israel Binational Agricultural Research and Development Fund (BARD) provides the Graduate Student Fellowship Program to enable Ph.D. students of Israel and the United States to travel to the other country in order to acquire new skills and techniques in their field of study. The fellowship is intended to provide travel and modest living expenses to conduct the research in the host laboratory for a period of 2 to 6 months.
