PSPA Scholarship Announcement

 2022 Fred Winter Memorial Scholarship winners Faith Mitchell and Rebecca Cornish are pictured with Mrs. Barbara Winter, Dr. Carl Brown, and their instructor Carl Bower of the Pa. College of Technology in Williamsport.

 

The attached scholarship application must be filled out and submitted by April 1, 2023.  Applicants must meet the following criteria:

 

• Applicant must be a full-time student in Horticulture or related field such as Landscape Architecture or Environmental Science.

 

• Applicant must be a Junior or Senior and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

 

• Applicant must be a resident or student from Pennsylvania or adjourning states of Delaware, Maryland, or New Jersey.

 

• Applicant must express and interest in either post graduate education or taking employment in the horticultural industry or related field.
