We are a group of USC graduate students conducting a research project that will inform USDA’s Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center program on how to better attract current high-achieving college students to pursue a career in the department. Our team has learned about your mission and goals and we believe that University of Maryland is an excellent fit for our study. The purpose of our research is to better understand the perspectives and factors college students consider when applying for jobs. We would like to invite University of Maryland students to participate in our study.
Participation in this study will involve either a one hour focus group Zoom session followed or a 15-minute 20-question survey which can be completed here. Please note that any participation would be completely voluntary, free (no monetary cost or compensation to you), and all data and information collected during the interview will be protected under privacy laws and used for academic purposes.
