Terrapin Leadership Institute (TLI) is a five to six-week-long leadership development program meant to help students discover who they are as leaders through hands-on activities and dialogues. TLI: Foundations of Leadership will take place in person starting the week of September 26th, 2023 until November 7th, 2023. Learn about leadership styles, ethics, identity, collaboration, and communication.
