Facility Description: Kings Creek Country Club is a premier country club in the coastal community of Rehoboth Beach. It offers an 18-hole championship golf course, pool, tennis, fitness, social and dining facilities. The course has hosted the Delaware State Open twice and the Delaware State Senior Championship. Kings Creek Country Club is looking for motivated and ambitious students to elevate our golf course and landscapes to high end resort quality. Education Requirement: Enrolled in Horticulture, Turf, or related field. Experience: Previous work experience is a plus but not required. New students and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidate must be a hardworking, creative and a self-starting individual.
Salary: $17 per hour / housing
Benefits: Golf privileges, Lunch program and uniform shirts.
Opportunities: Plenty of opportunities to learn in both turf and horticulture. We are a 200-acre property with lots to offer. Fertility, irrigation, disease identification, disease management, IPM, pesticide applications, record keeping, crew leadership, projects, pruning, plantings, all kinds of turf, cool season and warm and more.
