Care Farming Network (CFN) is hiring for a Part-Time Program Associate to help grow and strengthen our national network of care farms. In this role, you’ll work closely with CFN’s Co-Directors to coordinate our annual conference, mentorship program, virtual webinars, farm tours, and online resource library—all aimed at supporting the 300+ care farms in our network. If you have strong communication skills, experience with event planning, and a commitment to inclusive, therapeutic farming practices, we encourage you to apply. Founded in 1996, Red Wiggler is a sustainable farm where people with and without disabilities come together to work, learn, and grow healthy food in Germantown, Maryland. Over the past 29 years, Red Wiggler has developed innovative ways to engage youth and adults with and without disabilities in the growing and distribution of food through employment and education.
