We've expanded beyond produce to offer value-added products made from farm-fresh ingredients—soups, salads, pickles, jams—and feature many
items from local producers.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

 "A-TEAM" PAID INTERNSHIP
Experience the entire farm-to-market journey, rotating between farm work, retail stands, and CSA operations. Work directly with owner John Norman to develop strategies for
success in sustainable agriculture.

 FARM CREW
Work on our 60-acre farm in Howard County, MD, learning all aspects of vegetable production from bed preparation to harvest. Perfect for those who enjoy physical work
outdoors and want practical farming experience.

 STAND WORKERS (Full & Part-Time)
Join our retail team operating daily markets with creative displays and exceptional customer service. Duties include opening, stocking, cashiering, and customer interactions in 5-6 hour shifts.

 STAND CREW LEADER
Take on greater responsibility managing our market stands. Coordinate with farm team, manage inventory, oversee promotions, train staff, and ensure smooth operations. Requires strong leadership skills (25-30 hours/week).
