Each summer, we strive to provide a cohort of interns with the experience of a lifetime, helping them develop into the future leaders of the ag industry. Our interns receive real-world, hands-on opportunities to make an impact on our Association, while expanding their skills to help them prepare for their careers. Work from any of our office locations within our 100-county footprint in the Mid-Atlantic and choose from two different paths that give you exposure to a specific department or the entire organization and lending process.
You can expect:
- A paid, 10–12 week interactive and award-winning learning experience
