Activation Academy on April 12-13th

Through the art of listening and storytelling, Activation Academy focuses on understanding, engaging with, and leading in communities. In partnership with Good Neighbor Day, you’ll explore our local community of College Park while collecting and crafting compelling stories from students, alumni, and community leaders using the StoryCorps app. 

Any student that wants to explore community development, civic engagement, local issues, leadership, and service. Undergraduate and graduate students interested in getting to know more about the College Park community surrounding UMD.

When: Friday, April 12 from 5:00-7:00 pm | Saturday, April 13, 2019 from 8:30-3:00pm
Where: Friday, Edward St. John (1215) | Saturday, Stamp Student Union
Cost: It’s free, and includes dinner (Friday), breakfast (Saturday), and lunch (Saturday)!
