Brandywine Growers, LLC is a 41 acre growing facility in Brandywine, MD. We are seeking an individual who be responsible in overseeing our Production Farm.
The self-motivated individual must be able to
- work with and supervise others
- have knowledge with MS Office
- manage inventory from deliveries and our growing operations
- establish growing seasons and schedules
- have knowledge of greenhouse/growing operations as it pertains to irrigation temperatures, fertilizing,pest/disease control,soil analysis, pruning,potting up, etc.
- understand and perform propagation techniques
- operate farm equipment and machinery
This is a full time position to include some weekends as needed. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry. On Site housing is available if desired. Salary is commensurate with experience.
