The Sustainability Fund Review Committee assesses applications for Sustainability Fund Grants (https://sustainability.umd.edu/sustainability-fund) and recommends projects for funding to the University Sustainability Council. The Committee will meet weekly October-December and February-March to review grant requests. The Committee will likely recommend allocation for more than a quarter of a million dollars this cycle. Members of the committee include two staff members and five to six undergraduate students.
They are seeking undergraduate students who have some experience with environmental policy, environmental science, engineering, landscape architecture, economics, etc., to be part of the committee.
