The Maryland Association for Environmental and Outdoor Education (MAEOE) is very excited to invite you to a unique training opportunity. MAEOE is hosting four one-hour Project Learning Tree (PLT) E-unit training sessions. Project Learning Tree is an award-winning environmental education program designed for teachers and other educators, parents, and community leaders working with youth from preschool through grade 12. These quick training sessions will give you a look into PLT and provide you with the resources to incorporate these lessons into your curriculum.
These sessions will be hosted over four Wednesday’s in March, each with two time slot options (11:30AM-12:30PM and 3:30-4:30PM). You may sign up for as many or as few of these sessions as you would like. The PLT training activities will focus on four different E-units: Treemendous, Energy and Ecosystems, Green Jobs, and Carbon and Climate.
