Networking Nightmares: Surviving the Night Through Learning, Connection, and Dinner Fun!
Wednesday, November 4th | 5:30-7:30 PM
Samuel Riggs IV Alumni Center
7801 Alumni Drive, College Park, MD 20742
Join the University of Maryland Alumni Association and the Student Alumni Leadership Council (SALC) for Networking Nightmares, a fun and interactive evening designed to help you build confidence and strengthen your networking skills!
Learn networking tips and best practices, hear lighthearted networking “nightmare” stories, and put what you learn into practice during an interactive networking reception with fellow students and alumni.
Have a networking nightmare of your own? Come ready to share your best awkward introduction, conversation mishap, or networking moment that didn’t go as planned. Note: Keep your networking nightmares lighthearted and PG, leave out names of people or companies, and remember sharing is always optional.
