Full-time or Part-time on-site position

Valley Farm Supply is looking for a dependable person to help with our daily business operations. We sell farm supplies through several websites, including electric fencing, cattle scales, livestock waterers, and related products.

We need someone we can trust to process orders, keep shipments moving, restock inventory, and take care of our customers. This position also includes keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

·         Check incoming orders across our websites and process them accurately.

·         Pick, pack, label, and ship orders; update shipping and tracking information.

·         Receive deliveries, put away inventory, and restock shelves.

·         Monitor inventory and report products that are running low.

·         Respond to customer questions about products, orders, and shipments.

·         Follow business procedures and bring unusual or technical issues to the owners’ attention.

·         Keep the packing area and workspace clean and organized.

Qualifications

·         Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working independently.

·         Organized, with strong attention to detail.

·         Comfortable using computers and learning online ordering and shipping systems.

·         Friendly and professional when communicating with customers.

·         Able to safely pack orders, move inventory, and restock shelves.

Experience with shipping, customer service, online sales, or farm supplies is helpful.
